Do not book this hotel and waste your money like we did. Learnt it the hard way. The only decent thing about it is that it is near to railway station. It is a completely rundown hotel. We unfortunately booked the hotel by seeing other reviews, but we ran out of the hotel just 15 minutes after checking in. We had booked the junior suite and the room was very small and nothing like a suite. The sofa did not have sponges in them and we could almost feel the wooden structure underneath us. They had just sprayed the room with hit so there were dead cockroaches all over the room corners and underneath the tables. I am sure if we had stayed the night, we would have seen alive cockroaches as well. The corridors outside the rooms are dingy with no light and dirty and smelly. Just outside our room was a laundry room where the cleaners sat and ate and slept openly (Yes we saw all this in the 15 minutes we were there) and there were dirty beds kept outside on corridors. This place is not value for money in any sense. We lost our money but you guys don't. Learn from us and do not book this place. There are lot of good options in Mangalore.

During our recent stay we happen to stay in Metro plaza, we had amazing stay here. Room and bathroom is very good and clean. It a walkable distance from central station which is also a city centre. Hospitality provided by the staffs are best experience here..

Good budget hotel near central railway station, we stayed here for 3 days for the hospital purpose. Room was very good and comfortable. Decent breakfast but limited to south Indian, Staffs and service was decent and well behaved. Parking is little congested but they arranged it good.

Friendly staff. Very close to the the railway station. Clean rooms. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. good location.
